To import companies to Perfect View we need a list or a sheet of the companies.
The document has to be the data type CSV to import it.
If you want to add an address the different parts of the address need to be in separate columns like for example Visiting street, number, postcode, city, extras. You can aswell add a website and a phone number. What is important is to add a relation code, which has to be unique.
To import the data you have to convert the Excel-Sheet into CSV.
The import is divided into 3 different steps.
The 1. and 2. step leave unchanged.
In the 3. step you have to select everything which you want to be later in PV, there will be an exclamation mark. Then you have to link the relation code (important for later to connect the companies to the contact persons and to connect subsidiaries to the parent company).
To link the relation code you have to click on the small key. The exclamation mark on the side should be gone. And you can start the upload.
